A Grade II Listed complex of Farmhouse, Water Mill and Oast of archaeological importance in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a client whose challenging brief was to obtain Planning Permission for a contemporary indoor/outdoor swimming pool infill extension that links the Farmhouse to Water Mill. Working with the local authority and various heritage and archaeological stakeholders Lucy Wood Architects has lead the client step by step through a series of Planning stages to a point where the final striking scheme has been submitted to the Authority for consideration with the full support of the Planning Department.
